Terms of service
Plain-language rules for using our website and hiring us. The most important one: you always see and OK the price before we start.
Last updated October 23, 2026
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and WAC-M Junk Removal LLC ("WAC-M," "we," "us"). By using this website, requesting a quote or hiring us, you agree to them. The quote you OK is part of this agreement. If that quote and these terms ever disagree, the quote wins.
2. Estimates and quotes
Website prices are a list, not a quote. The price list and price calculator on this website show our flat price for the load size and options you pick. They aren't an offer or a promise of price for your job, because only photos or a visit show how much there really is.
Your price is the written quote you OK. We price the job from your photos or on site, text you the price, and you OK it (a "yes" by text, or a signature on site) before any work starts. That price is what you pay for the items and load size shown in your photos or described in the quote, and it doesn't go up if the job takes us longer than planned.
If the job changes, the price only changes with your OK. When we arrive, we check the job against your photos or description before we load. If there's more than they showed, you add items, or the load is much heavier or harder to reach than described, we'll tell you the new price before doing the extra work. If you don't agree, we'll take only what was quoted. If there's less than quoted, the price comes down.
3. Scheduling and cancelling
Arrival times are windows, not exact times. Traffic, weather and earlier jobs can move them, and we'll text you if we're running late.
You can reschedule or cancel free with at least 24 hours' notice. If your quote lists a late-cancellation or trip fee, it applies only when you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or we can't get access at the agreed time. We may reschedule for unsafe weather, such as storms or lightning, at no cost to you.
4. Your part
By hiring us, you confirm that:
- You own the items, or have the owner's permission to have them removed. For rentals, estates and listings, you're authorized by the owner, landlord, executor or manager.
- You'll point out everything that stays. Items not marked to stay in the work area may be removed if they're on the quote you OK'd.
- You've checked drawers, pockets, boxes and bags for cash, documents, keys, jewelry and anything else you want to keep.
- You'll tell us about anything hazardous, heavy or fragile, and give us safe access: a clear path, working lights, and pets secured.
- Someone 18 or older will be there, or you'll arrange access in advance.
5. What we can't take
For safety and legal reasons we don't haul hazardous materials, including wet paint, solvents, pesticides and other chemicals, fuel, propane and other pressurized tanks, asbestos, medical or biological waste, ammunition, firearms and explosives. Some items, such as car tires and certain appliances, carry county disposal fees we'll include in your quote. Not sure about something? Text us a photo and we'll tell you.
6. Your items after pickup
Once an item is loaded on our truck, ownership passes to us, and we donate, recycle or dispose of it as we see fit. We can't promise any item goes to a particular charity or place. We can't return items after loading, so please double-check before we leave.
7. Payment
Payment is due when the job is done, in the amount on the quote you OK'd, plus any changes you approved. We'll confirm the payment methods we accept when we send your quote. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
8. Care of your property
We work carefully and protect floors and doorways where we can. If anything is damaged because of our work, tell us within 48 hours, with photos if possible, and we'll repair it, pay for the repair, or otherwise make it right.
We aren't responsible for: wear or damage that was already there; damage from items that fall apart or leak because of their condition; or damage we couldn't reasonably avoid when you asked us to remove something attached, such as a built-in, a fixture or a hot tub. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the cost of repair or the amount you paid for the job, whichever is less, and we're not liable for indirect losses.
9. Before/after videos
You agree that we may record the work area before and after the job. We use the recording for your records, quality checks and to settle any questions about the job. We won't post it publicly without your written permission. See our privacy policy for details.
10. Text message terms
By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from WAC-M about your request and job: quotes, scheduling, reminders and your before/after video. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts isn't required to hire us.
11. Using this website
The text, design, logo and drawings on this site belong to WAC-M. You may use the site to learn about us and request service, but please don't copy it for commercial use, try to break it, or send spam through the forms. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is," and prices, service areas and county disposal rates can change.
12. Disputes and Florida law
If something goes wrong, please talk to us first. Most problems get fixed with a text. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any lawsuit about these terms or our services will be brought in the state courts located in Indian River County, Florida, and small claims court remains available for qualifying claims.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version posted when you OK your quote applies to that job.
