The price is in writing before any work
We text you a firm price for what's in your photos, and you OK it. When we arrive, we check the job against your photos before we load anything. If it matches, that's what you pay, even if the job takes us longer than planned. If there's more than the photos showed, or you add items, we tell you the new price first, and nothing changes without your OK.

You see exactly what left
We film a short clip before and after every job, from the same spot, so the two line up. When we're done, we text you the link and tell you what was donated and recycled.

How fast can you come?
Most quotes go out within a few hours, and we can often haul the same week. Need it sooner? Text us and we'll see what we can do.
Do I need to be home?
For an outdoor or garage job, not always. We can send the before/after video. For inside the home, we'll set a time that works for you.
How do you decide the price?
From our flat price list, by how much of the trailer the job fills. Stairs, heavy debris and tires add a set amount. From your photos we text a firm price for what's in them, and you OK it before we start. Can't get a good photo? We can come take a look instead.
What won't you take?
A few hazardous items (wet paint, chemicals, propane tanks) have special disposal rules. Send a photo and we'll tell you straight away.
How do I pay?
After the job is done. We'll confirm the payment methods we take when we send your quote.
