1. Who we are

WAC-M Junk Removal LLC ("WAC-M," "we," "us") is a junk removal company based in Vero Beach, FL 32960. This policy covers wac-m.com, the text messages we send and receive, and the work we do at your property.

2. What we collect

What you give us. When you request a quote, schedule a call or text us, we collect:

• Your name, mobile number and, if you choose, your email address
• Your address or ZIP code
• What needs to go, the job type, load size, preferred day and time
• Photos you upload or text us
• The price you picked on our price calculator, if you send a request from it
• How you heard about us, if you tell us

What's collected automatically. When you send a form, we record the date and time and your device's IP address, to help us spot spam. Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security.

What we don't collect. The price calculator runs in your browser. Your selections aren't saved unless you send a price request from it. We don't take payment card details on this website.

3. How we use it

• To send your quote, confirm appointments and do the job
• To send your before/after video and tell you where your items went
• To answer your questions and handle any problem with a job
• To keep records for taxes, insurance and disputes
• To keep the website secure and block spam

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.

4. Text messages

When you give us your mobile number on a form or text us first, you agree that we may text you about your request: quotes, scheduling, reminders, your before/after video and follow-up about that job. Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
• We won't send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.
• We don't share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of hiring us. You can ask us to call or email instead.

5. Photos and before/after videos

We record a short video of the work area before and after every job, so you can see exactly what left. Those videos may show the inside or outside of your property.

• We send the video to you and keep a copy for our records and to resolve any questions about the job.
• We never post your photos or videos publicly without your written permission (a text counts).
• If you do give permission, we leave out or blur faces, house numbers and license plates.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Essential storage. The site saves one small setting in your browser: your light or dark theme. It never leaves your device and doesn't track you.

Analytics. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If we ever add them, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Outside services. To load our fonts and icons quickly, your browser requests them from Google Fonts and the unpkg content network. Those providers receive your IP address as part of that request, under their own privacy policies. They don't set cookies on our site.

7. Who we share it with

We share only what's needed, with:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our web host, email and text-message providers. They may use your information only to provide that service to us.
• Authorities, if the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
• A buyer of the business, if that ever happens, under this same policy.

Charities and recycling centers receive your donated items, not your personal information.

8. How long we keep it

We keep quote and call requests, photos and before/after videos for 24 months after your last job or request, then delete them, unless we need to keep a record longer for taxes, insurance or an open dispute.

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards: limited access, secure hosting and storage outside the public website. No system is perfect, so we can't promise absolute security.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Text us at (772) 555-0100 or email hello@wac-m.com. We'll confirm it's you, then respond within 30 days. Deleting your information doesn't change records we must keep by law.

10. Children

Our services and this website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll note it on the website.
