Can you clear several units at once?
Tell us the units and the date your paint or carpet crew needs them empty. We run one crew, so we'll tell you straight away whether we can make that date, before you count on us.
Do you have a per-unit rate for regular turnovers?
Every unit gets a flat price from the same price list everyone sees. If you'll send us turnovers regularly, ask us about a set rate per unit.
Does someone need to meet you there?
No. Text us the lockbox or gate code and any parking rules. We send the before/after video when the unit is empty, so you can see it's done without driving over.
How do we pay?
We invoice after each unit, with the address and the video link on it. Tell us how your office pays vendors and we'll tell you whether we can work with it.
